Utilizing the "extraction theory and tools of drip coffee", green brewing is a new style of Japanese tea, for enjoying single origin tea leaves and the amazing taste and aroma of their blends.

Concept

Much like the specialty the coffee you drink at cafes, is it not possible to incorporate Japanese tea, with it’s fine aromas, into your everyday life? We wanted to actualize this thought, and with the help of teahouses, baristas, and craftsmen, we begun moving ahead with this experiment of ours.

Proper pouring techniques・extraction recipes

“Hand drip” is simple, but at the same time, incredibly deep. There are pouring techniques such as the standard “FRESH BREW”, the high temperature, “HIGH BREW”, the cool and refreshing “COLD BREW”, and “GYOKURO BREW” which condenses a great umami taste into every drop.

To use the GREEN DRIPPER, you need only do these three things. While the steps might seem simple, experimenting with adjusting the the steeping time and the temperature of the water to suit the tea leaves will allow you to enjoy the profound world of Japanese teas
